Pricing and Currency

We strive to maintain accurate pricing. In the rare event that an item is listed with an erroneous price due to technical or typographical errors, we reserve the right to cancel or decline orders placed for that item prior to shipment, and we will promptly issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Order Acceptance, Modification, and Cancellation
Placement of an order does not constitute final contract acceptance. Receipt of an automated order confirmation email signifies receipt of your order request, which remains subject to inventory verification, address accuracy checks, and payment security clearance.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: payment authorization failure, potential fraud signals identified by automated screening systems, shipping restrictions, or inaccuracies in product or pricing information.
If you wish to modify or cancel an order, you must contact hello@cheecool.com immediately prior to the order entering fulfillment. Order cancellation requests are not effective until explicitly confirmed by our customer support team. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be intercepted or canceled, and you must follow our standard return process upon delivery.
Payment Terms and Security

Returns, Refunds, and Sanitary Guidelines
All returns and refunds are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy. Due to the intimate nature of shapewear and contouring garments, items returned for personal preference or sizing reasons must satisfy strict sanitary conditions: garments must remain unworn (tried on over undergarments only), unwashed, completely unaltered, and accompanied by all intact original tags and protective hygienic liners.

Our Site may contain links or integrations to third-party tools, payment services, or parcel tracking systems that are not owned or operated by Cheecool.
